Amplified Privacy Policy

Last Modified: October 3, 2025

Amplified AI, Inc. (“Amplified,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and treating your information with care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our websites, online services, and software (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to operate and improve the Service:

  • Account Information: The only information required to create an account is your email address. You may also choose to provide optional information such as your name, phone number, or company.

  • Payment Information: We useStripe as our payment processor. Stripe collects billing details securely on our behalf (e.g., payment card details, billing address, tax information). Amplified does not store full payment card numbers.

  • Service Data (User Content): Content you upload or create within the Service (“User Content”). User Content remains yours. We process User Content only as needed to provide the Service. User Content is never made public by Amplified.

  • Usage Data: Log and analytics data such as device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the Service.

  • Communications: Information you send us (e.g., support requests, feedback, or other correspondence). We may record support interactions (e.g., calls or video sessions) for training and quality assurance where permitted by law and with appropriate notice.

Because Amplified is a collaborative platform, you may choose to share information or User Content with other users. Any information you choose to share will be accessible to those users. Amplified is not responsible for the actions of other users with whom you choose to share information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.

  • Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.

  • Monitor Service performance and troubleshoot issues.

  • Support sales and customer success efforts.

  • Send important updates such as technical notices, security alerts, or changes to policies.

We do not use your information for marketing unless you have opted in. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. We may also send service-related or product update communications, which are not considered marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications, but not essential service communications.

AI and User Content
We do not use User Content to train Amplified’s AI models under any circumstances.

Some customers may choose to use optional features that allow training of custom models on their own data. When this occurs, the trained models are strictly limited to that customer’s account and are not shared with or exposed to other customers. Training custom models is entirely optional and is not required to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any User Content you choose to use for custom model training does not infringe or violate third-party rights.

EEA/UK legal bases: Where required by law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process personal information: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Service), consent (where obtained), and compliance with legal obligations. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools, including Mixpanel, to understand how the Service is used and to improve its performance. We minimize the data collected to only what is necessary to operate the Service, provide support, enable sales and marketing, and improve functionality.

Where required (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we obtain consent for non-essential cookies/analytics and provide controls to manage your preferences. You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Service functionality.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, payment processors) who process data on our behalf under strict security and confidentiality obligations.

  • Your Organization and Administrators: If you use the Service under an organization account (e.g., your work email domain) or your subscription is paid by an organization, we may disclose account and usage information to that organization and grant administrators certain controls over your account and data (for example, access management, security settings, and billing).

  • Affiliates: With companies under common ownership or control of Amplified, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  • At Your Request: With third parties when you ask or authorize us to do so.

  • Legal and Security: To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, and safety.

  • Business Transactions: As part of a merger, acquisition, or financing event, with appropriate safeguards.

  • Aggregated Data: With third parties in anonymized or de-identified form that does not identify individuals.

Subprocessors: We use a limited set of third-party subprocessors to help provide the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing). We require subprocessors to meet equivalent security and confidentiality commitments. We maintain a current list of subprocessors in our trust center and can provide it upon request, and we will provide notice of material changes as required by law or contract.

We do not share User Content with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Account Settings: You may update account information through your account dashboard.

  • Communication Preferences: You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Service-related communications (such as security or billing notices) cannot be opted out of.

  • Data Requests: We comply with applicable privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may request to exercise your rights under these laws—including access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction or objection to certain processing—by contacting us at support@amplified.ai. We will honor such requests in accordance with applicable law.

  • U.S. state privacy disclosures: We donot “sell” personal information or “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

  • CCPA categories: A detailed list of the categories of personal information we collect, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), is maintained in our Trust Center and available upon request.

  • Supervisory Authority (EU/UK): If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Data Security and Storage

We use industry-standard safeguards (technical, administrative, and physical) to protect personal information. While no system is completely secure, we continually work to maintain a high level of protection.

Information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by law, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid transfer mechanisms) to international transfers.

If we become aware of a security breach affecting your information, we will investigate promptly and notify affected users as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies when visiting those sites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by notice in the Service or by email.
